Change is inevitable
When you don't like things in your life, do not complain but take measures to change what you don't like. Let's make a list of the things I don't like at my life right now.
3. That I do not have a plan of what I am doing next or not following the plans I make.

5. That I haven't been to Bangladesh in a long time.
How to change it:
6. That I have too many small projects unfinished at the same time.
How to change it:
7. That I am physically unfit.
How to change it:
1. That I am not close to any family. I am done enjoying a single life. I like living with someone better.
How to change it: - I must find a job in Folsom.
- I must touch base with managers again.
- Schedule a 1:1 with my HR manager.
- Summarize job postings on the jobs at Intel post and start talking to the hiring managers.
2. That I am not giving my best at work. Being distracted all the time and not accomplishing any of the goals. Not keeping commitments.
How to change it: - Separate work focus and personal interest focus.
- Be loyal and honest to the company. Use your time what they are paying you for.
- Take responsibility and give your best effort.
- I want to have good reputation and I must earn it by keeping commitments and delivering results.
- Focus on achieving results.
- When at work, dedicate your entire focus to Intel. You owe them that.
3. That I do not have a plan of what I am doing next or not following the plans I make.
How to change it:
- Admit that you suck at multitasking and focus on doing one thing at a time. That is how you perform your best.
- Practice focusing on sticking to the plan. Practicing enforced till end of 2012 beginning today.
- Allocate hours to work on a task and get a specific result. If cannot be finished then wrap up and allocate time later, but move on to the next task on the plate. Document what you did.
- Always plan the next day before leaving the workspace.
4. That I don't have a baby.
How to change it:
- Talk to doctor about health condition and concerns.
- Accomplish change 1.
- Accomplish change 7.
5. That I haven't been to Bangladesh in a long time.
How to change it:
- Talk to lawyer about travelling.
- Collect required papers.
- Schedule travel time.
- Distribute work plans.
6. That I have too many small projects unfinished at the same time.
How to change it:
- Score them by time required to finish and priority/ urgency. Add two numbers.
- Start with project requiring least number. finish one after another.
- Revisit number every month.
7. That I am physically unfit.
How to change it:
- Eat three proper meals everyday. Force yourself to eat healthy portions.
- Every morning do a yoga workout using youtube videos.
- Run at the gym to train for marathon after work ( or body pump class when schedule permits).
- Take your pre-natal and calcium.
